運送及取貨安排

1. 速遞送貨：

貨品將於訂單確認後 2 至 5 個工作天內寄出，
寄出後大概 2 個工作天內收到。
所有郵寄項目不可指定收貨日期和時段。
顧客請於購買時輸入正確的個人資料和地址以便安排運送。
*顧客可以根據自己的需要填寫順豐站 / 順豐智能櫃自提。
*如偏遠區域收派服務會有額外附加費。(西貢/清水灣/石澳/赤柱/愉景灣/馬灣/長洲/南丫島及坪洲/大嶼南（包括但不限於：大澳、塘福、長沙、梅窩、貝澳等）

2. 到 tekko 客戶服務中心自取：
取貨日期︰顧客可於購買後 2 至 14 工作日內取貨
取貨時間︰
星期一至六: 11:00-20:00
星期日及公眾假期: 休息

*預訂訂單:
所有標示的到貨日期，只屬預計到貨日，確實到貨日因應實際物流狀況，可能出現延誤，如介意者，請勿下單。

所有預訂商品：
※ 如訂單中同時也購買其他現貨貨品，將待所有貨品到齊後一同寄出。
※ 如客人要求分開寄出預訂及現貨貨品，請分開提交訂單，運費會分開不同訂單計算。

Shipping and Pickup Arrangements

1. Express Delivery:

Goods will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

You will receive your order within approximately 2 business days after shipment.

The delivery date and time cannot be specified for any mailed items.

Please enter your correct personal information and address when purchasing to arrange delivery.

*Customers can choose to pick up their order at a SF Express station or SF Express smart locker.

*Additional fees apply for pickup and delivery services in remote areas. (Sai Kung/Clear Water Bay/Shek O/Stanley/Discovery Bay/Ma Wan/Cheung Chau/Lamma Island and Peng Chau/Lantau South (including but not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fook, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.))

2. Self-collection at Tekko Customer Service Centre:
Collection Date: Customers can collect their goods within 2 to 14 working days after purchase.
Collection Time:
Monday to Saturday: 11:00-20:00
Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed

*Pre-orders: All indicated arrival dates are estimated arrival dates only. The actual arrival date may be delayed depending on the actual logistics situation. If you mind, please do not place an order.

All Pre-ordered Items:

※ If other in-stock items are also purchased in the order, they will be shipped together after all items arrive.

※ If the customer requests that pre-ordered and in-stock items be shipped separately, please submit separate orders. Shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order.
